Looking for a soccer club near Penrith? Mulgoa Valley Football Club — proudly known as The Black Swans — is a family-friendly, volunteer-run grassroots football club located just minutes from Penrith at Gow Park, Mulgoa NSW 2745.
Founded in 1985, we have been serving families across the Penrith LGA and Nepean district for over 40 years. We offer teams for every age group — from 5-year-olds just starting out in Mini Roos through to senior adult competitions.
All our teams compete in the Nepean Football Association (NFA), Western Sydney's primary grassroots football competition, running throughout the winter season from approximately April to September.

Mini Roos (U6–U8)
Ages 5–8. Fun, inclusive introduction to football with modified rules and Saturday morning games at Gow Park.
Juniors (U9–U12)
Ages 9–12. Weekly training and competitive Nepean FA fixtures. Skill development focus.
Youth (U13–U18)
Ages 13–18. Senior-style training and competitive Nepean FA competition. Representative pathways.
Seniors (18+)
Multiple adult divisions for social and competitive players. Strong club culture and community.
